Stephana Petrino is the Vice President of Quality for Alphazyme. As Alphazyme’s top quality executive, she is responsible for developing and instilling our culture of quality companywide. In addition, she is tasked with building and maintaining dynamic Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems and departments. Stephana brings to Alphazyme more than 17 years of industry experience, most recently as the Director of Quality Control for T2 Biosystems, and previously as the Associate Director of Quality Control at Enzymatics. Stephana began her career in industrial Quality Control at Genzyme Genetics.   Stephana is an expert in Forensic DNA Science and has extensive experience in genetic and molecular analysis, enzyme characterization and working in CLIA, GMP, ISO13485, ISO17025, ASCLD and FDA regulated laboratories. She earned an MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Florida.
