T4 DNA Ligase
T4 DNA Ligase catalyzes the formation of a phosphodiester bond between the terminal 5' phosphate and 3' hydroxyl groups of duplex DNA or RNA. T4 DNA Ligase joins blunt and cohesive ends, and repairs single stranded nicks in duplex DNA, RNA or DNA/RNA hybrids.

Exonuclease III
Exonuclease III catalyzes the sequential excision of mononucleotides from 3' -hydroxyl termini of duplex DNA, or the RNA strand of a DNA/RNA hybrid. A limited number of nucleotides are removed during each binding event, resulting in coordinated progressive deletions within the population of DNA molecules.

Thermolabile UDG
Thermolabile Uracil-DNA Glycosylase, originating from the species Gadus Morhua, removes uracil from DNA by hydrolyzing the N-glycosylic bond between the deoxyribose and the base leaving an AP (apurinic or apyrimidinic) site. The enzyme is useful in the prevention of amplicon carry-over and is completely and irreversibly inactivated by a 10 minute incubation at 55°C.
